Yesterday was easier than I thought when It came to not smoking. Today, however, is Monday. Traffic is terrible, its hot, my internship is slow, and I am exhausted. I nearly caved and bought a pack today but was somehow able to resist.
I feel more on edge than usual and thats probably because I crave a smoke. Things annoy me more than usual in the same regard. I am writing now because I want to light up so bad I nearly started to bite my lip until it bled. Oh well. We’ll see how the rest of the day goes.
